A designer gets paid when one of his or her project completes. Indian Designers get paid via bank account number and IFSC, others via PayPal account.
Clients have to pay the full amount on the basis of the quote (bid) created by the Designer or the Agency before the project starts. However the amount he or she pays is kept secured with the M. S. Designing authority till the project completes or the project is declared to be cancelled.

We do not recommend to post projects with exact time limit, as all of our Designers are actually freelancers. And we do not validate any commitment in this regard. However there is a provisional target date, Clients may mention in the Project details page.
This depends wholely on designer's portfolio samples and experience. Any decision(s) made by the M. S. Designing authority in this regard are considered final.
Performance of each and every Designer and Agency are continuously monitored. And depending on their performance, levels for different category may be automatically upgraded or downgraded. Also Designers or Agencies may request status upgrade using My Status page.
